City Office Building – Lower Level

The lower level is completely uncarpeted and the gathering area is slightly larger than the upper level.

There are 4 round tables, 13 rectangle tables, and about 175 plastic, folding chairs included.

A kitchen facility is available just off this room which includes full size refrigerator, stove top, oven and microwave.

Restrooms are also available.

Outdoor amenities include a playground, picnic table, tennis courts, pickleball, & basketball. (weather permitting)

NOTE: No smoking is allowed in any public building or within the boundaries of our parks. Use of alcohol or drugs is not permitted on the premises. Doing so will be grounds for immediate termination of the building use without a refund of the deposit.
