I agree to gather all trash from my event and place it into proper receptacles and to leave the park clean. I understand that if I am responsible for damaging any city property such as sprinkler heads, benches, tables, walls, landscaping or any other city property, I may be required to replace or repair it. Smoking, vaping, use of alcohol, drugs or any illegal substances is not permitted within the boundaries of our parks. Violation of any of these rules will be grounds for immediate termination of use and the possible prohibition of the ability to use or reserve parks in the future.
